About The WORKSHOP
During this workshop we will explore areas inside the iconic Grand Central Terminal, as well as several train and subway platforms below, all to capture unique “street” oriented images. The goal is not only to make interesting pictures, but to also experience the historic structure itself. In addition, toward the end of the workshop, we will work on the creation of long-exposure images by mixing the unique buildings that surround the terminal, with the movement of people and traffic.
This is a great workshop for people who love Grand Central Terminal, and want the experience of both street, and long-exposure photography.

THE IMAGES YOU WILL MAKE
During the workshop we will be working through a very specific process. The idea is to spend time on each kind of image I try to focus on when working at Grand Central. Shooting in the main terminal, the trains and subways, the quiet nooks and passages, and of course working with long-exposure and movement both inside the terminal and outside among the hustle and bustle of the city that never sleeps.
